A 10oz center slice of USDA choice slow roasted sirloin, cooked just the way you like it.

Marinated Steak:
10oz of USDA choice Top Sirloin marinated for 48 hours or more.

Steak Dijon:
8oz center cut tenderloin cooked to perfection on a charbroiler and served on a creamy Dijon sauce.

Beef Stroganoff:
Tender chunks of tenderloin sautï¿¿ and put in our zesty blend of spices. Served over noodles.
